Come join us for a fun, hands-on mozzarella-making class where we’ll explore the delicious differences between goat milk and cow milk mozzarella!

We’ll learn about both types of milk, how they affect the cheese-making process, and make some delicious mozzarella along the way. Of course, no cheese class would be complete without eating plenty of cheese and having a good time!
